3 Year Service Plan

As from 1st July 2014 all vehicles as listed below are supplied as new with a 3 year Service plan.  Our 3 year service plan takes care of all Manufacturer’s Schedule Service requirements up to the end of the vehicle third year.

All service plans consist of Manufacturers ‘A Service’ (that being the vehicles 1st Service) which is completed when the vehicle is 1 year old, and Manufacturers ‘B Service’ (second service) which is completed when the vehicle reaches two years, thus fulfilling all service requirements up to the end of the vehicles third year.

Service A (First Service) consists of the following works:

Replace Engine Oil

Change Oil Filter

Replenish Windscreen solvent

Complete software updates

Complete service measures

Reset service indicator

Check brake pads/linings

Check tyres and adjust pressures

Check and replenish all fluid levels

Check all vehicle electrics

Update Digital Service Records

Service B (Second Service) consists of the following works:

Replace Engine Oil

Change Oil Filter

Replenish Windscreen solvent

Change air filter (as required)

Change pollen filter (as required)

Change brake fluid

Perform brake system efficiency test Complete software updates

Complete service measures

Reset service indicator

Check brake pads/linings

Check tyres and adjust pressures

Check and replenish all fluid levels

Check all vehicle electrics

Perform bodywork/paintwork checks

Check all underbody/suspension components

Update Digital Service Records

As with all Service Plans the works provided covers the labour and parts costs for all items required under the manufacturers recommended servicing schedule. Service Plans do not cover items outside of the manufacturers recommended servicing schedule. Such items include, but are not limited to; wear and tear components e.g. brake pads/linings, brake components, tyres, exhaust systems, wiper rubbers, suspension components etc.  All service Plans are valid for a period of up to 3 years or 80,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first.

CLA Class

GLA Class

C-Class

E-Class

CLS Class

AMG 45 and AMG 63 models are excluded from service plans.
