Wayne was great to deal with. I was offered a competitive trade in price on my C Class so the overall deal we were able to agree on a GLB was fair and reasonable.Couple of minor cosmetic issues with the car after purchase but they were dealt with promptly under the warranty so I really can’t speak highly enough of the after sales customer service.I’ll definitely return to Gilmores when I’m next looking to upgrade my Mercedes.

Bought a new sprinter off Thomas, I couldnt be happier with the whole experience.The gave me more that any place in Dublin for my trade in.The van I was interested was everything that was advertised.Thomas was very professional and didn't put pressure on me to buy.He gave me plenty of room to make my decision and once I make the decision he put me in contact with another great lad ronan regarding the finance.All in all a great experience , I'll shall return for my next upgrade.

My Mercedes Benz car recently required repairs and I went to my usual dealer, Gilmores in Kingscourt. They provide an excellent and very professional service. The car couldn't be repaired on the day as a part had to be ordered in, and a courtesy car was provided. The service team kept me updated at all times. When the car was ready I was contacted regarding collection. I’ve just finished up my one year warranty with Gilmores today, with them looking after not one but three items on literally the last day of warranty. That’s what I call honourable service.Over a year of confident driving and about 30k kms, the vehicle performed flawlessly, not a single hiccup from the engine, electronics or transmission.Also passed its first NCT early with flying colours.
